A mixed-type site plan using multiple Shelter configurations to meet diverse housing needs on a single campus.
The approach
Rather than deploying a single module type, Long Beach combines Shelter 3 units (three ensuite rooms each) with Shelter 2 ADA Efficiency units (two larger rooms with ADA bathrooms). The result is a campus that serves individuals, families, and residents with accessibility needs on the same site, using the same delivery timeline.
