What we delivered
Sixteen Connect Shelter modules configured as 60 private, dignified rooms. Each module completed every assembly-line station — framing, MEP rough, envelope, drywall, paint, interior finish, QC — before shipping to site 100% complete.
The client-update discipline
Every week of production, the Rohnert Park team received visual updates showing where each of their modules was on the assembly line. That visibility — impossible with conventional construction — is what makes a 3.5-month timeline trustworthy to a public client.
